Over the span of 5 years, The Blunt Club has accomplished what all party organizers dream of: Hordes of beautiful young people losing it on their dance floors, unparalleled street cred, a party circuit that now extends throughout Arizona & California, and resident DJ's that are booked at countless club parties throughout the United States. The path was not paved with diamonds, guns, big name international DJ's and glossy towel-sized fliers, nor with a website or message board to call their own, but simply by enthusiastic word-of-mouth promotion among an ever growing, always receptive circle of friends and acquaintances... peers, if you will…….
Now after 5 years of of success, The Blunt Club is taking a step upward into a bigger arena. The Legendary Arizona Thursday night is moving into it's 4th venue in it's illustrious span. The Blunt will now be able to accommodate a much bigger audience, with a capacity of 350 on the opening night of Jan. 10, and enlarging to 450 about a month after that. It includes a 1200 sq. foot raised professional dance floor, state of the art sound and lighting to enhance the already great atmosphere.
With the new home, will also come a new format. "Actually it's kind of more like bringing back the original format" says Blunt Club founder Dumperfoo. When the night started it was mostly a Spoken word night with Artists spread throughout the club on easels painting live, and DJ's that kept the party going in between poets. So, once again The Blunt Club will feature live poets starting off each night along side some of the premier artists in the valley painting live every show. There will be 6 resident painters, 3 full time and 3 rotating that will be spread around the club adding to the ambiance. DJ Element, one of the foremost B-Boy DJ's in the nation is returning to his former home at The Blunt. Bringing back the Spoken Word and catering to the B-Boys with the amazing dance floor is sure to guarantee the infamous Blunt Club vibe that everyone has come to embrace.
The New Year is sure to bring in much excitement as the The Blunt Club moves into the new home at Club Red. With DJ's Element and Pickster-One holding down the Resident DJ spots. Emerg McVay who is a co-founder himself , continuing his 5 year reign as the Legendary host and master of ceremonies for The Blunt. Adam “Dumperfoo” Dumper and Doug “the professional”Quick who are the promoters and organizers of the night are poised and focused on making this incarnation of The Blunt Club, the best it has ever been.

Club Red Venue Information:
- 1,200 sq. ft. floating wood dance floor. Built by an expert that built floors for other dance studios here in town.
- Chairs and tables for eating, drinking, & general merriment.
- Stage for performances, musical or otherwise.
- Pool tables for enjoyment.
- 62" flat screen TV for videos, VJ's material, or whatever is going on that night.
- Full bar and menu. Specials run regularly.
- Lighting effects for atmosphere.
- We have a sound system that rocks and a stage for killer music. The whole club is wired for video and lighting.
